What Can Delay My Order?

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, certain circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. Here is a transparent overview of factors that can affect your delivery:

What If My Order Doesn't Arrive?

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please follow these steps before contacting us:

  • Check your tracking number (sent via email) on the courier partner's website for real-time status
  • Verify that the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and correct
  • Check with neighbours, building security, or reception — the package may have been left with them
  • Check if the courier attempted delivery and left a delivery attempt notice
  • Allow an additional 1–2 business days beyond the estimated window before raising a concern
✅ Still not received? Contact us at support@kanjooskart.in with your Order ID and tracking number. Our team will investigate with the courier partner and respond within 24 hours.
⛔ Important — Failed Delivery Attempts: If the courier makes 2–3 delivery attempts and is unable to deliver due to the customer being unavailable or an incorrect address, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases:

— Re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer
— Refunds (if applicable) will be issued after deducting original shipping and return shipping costs
— Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel
⚠️ Right to Cancel Suspicious Orders: KanjoosKart reserves the right to cancel or hold any order at any time if the delivery address or pin code appears suspicious, unverifiable, or poses a delivery risk. In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Address changes are only possible before the order is dispatched. Email support@kanjooskart.in immediately with your Order ID and the corrected address. Once dispatched, address changes are not possible.
We deliver to 29,000+ pin codes across India. You can check serviceability by entering your pin code at checkout. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at the time of checkout.
Yes, tracking updates can sometimes be delayed by 12–24 hours after dispatch, especially for first scan updates. If tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours, contact us at support@kanjooskart.in with your Order ID.
The courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery charges will apply. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours.
Free shipping is available on orders above a certain order value threshold. The applicable shipping charge (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Bulk orders above ₹5,000 qualify for free shipping.
