Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase on KanjoosKart. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. Our policy is strict, transparent, and designed to protect genuine customers while preventing fraud.
Policy Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 24–72 hours from the time you receive your product. If 72 hours have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange under any circumstances.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation intact.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with your unboxing video. Please do not send your item back without first discussing the issue with our support team at support@kanjooskart.in.
Key Policy Points
72-Hour Window
Returns must be raised within 24–72 hours of receiving the product. No claims accepted after this window.
Video Proof Mandatory
An unboxing video is compulsory for every claim. No video = no refund, no exception, no negotiation.
Partial Refunds Only
In all approved cases, only a partial refund is issued. Delivery and return shipping charges are always deducted.
No Pickup Service
We do not offer pickup for returns. The customer must ship the product back at their own cost.
Original Condition
Item must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories. Any tampering voids the claim.
Selected Items Only
Returns are accepted only on selected product categories. Many items are non-returnable by nature or policy.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are completely exempt from being returned regardless of the situation. Please check this list carefully before purchasing:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- All edible items without exception
- Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with
- Products returned more than 72 hours after delivery
- Products without original packaging, tags or accessories
Additionally, the following items are eligible only for partial refund in very specific circumstances:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
How to Raise a Return Request
Record Unboxing Video
Before opening the package, record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video. This is mandatory — without it, your claim cannot be processed.
Email Support Within 72hrs
Email support@kanjooskart.in with your order ID, unboxing video, and a clear description of the issue.
Await Approval
Our team will review your claim within 2–5 business days. We will notify you of approval or rejection via email. Do NOT ship the product before approval.
Ship at Your Cost
If approved, you must ship the product back to our address at your own cost using a trackable service. We do not offer pickup. Refund is processed after we receive and inspect the item.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2–5 business days of receiving the item.
Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Late or Missing Refunds? Follow these steps before contacting us:
- First check your bank account and transaction history again carefully
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund appears
- If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, email us at support@kanjooskart.in
Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, email us at support@kanjooskart.in with your order ID and unboxing video. Upon approval, send your item to:

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be issued to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be sent to the original buyer.
Return Shipping
To return your product, you must mail it to our address after receiving written approval from our team. Do not send any product back without prior written approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted and will not be returned to you.
We do not offer pickup for returns under any circumstances. The customer must independently arrange shipment back to our address using a courier of their choice.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for exchanged or returned products to reach us may vary. Please factor in transit time when following up on your return status.
Bulk Order Refund & Return Policy
Bulk orders are subject to an even stricter refund and return policy given the scale, logistics, and contractual nature of bulk transactions. Please read this section carefully before placing any bulk order.
Exceptions to the above are made only in cases of severe manufacturing defects or incorrect items shipped, subject to all of the following conditions being met:
- Unboxing video of the entire bulk shipment must be provided — partial videos will not be accepted
- Claim must be raised within 24 hours of delivery — no exceptions
- All items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and documentation
- Only a partial refund or replacement of defective units will be considered — not the entire order
- Return shipping for bulk orders is entirely the customer's responsibility — no pickup is provided
- KanjoosKart reserves the right to inspect and reject the return claim if items do not meet stated conditions
No Full Refunds
Bulk orders are never eligible for full refunds — only partial refunds on defective units after deductions.
24-Hour Claim Window
Bulk order claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. No claims accepted after this period.
Full Video Proof
Complete unboxing video of the entire bulk shipment is mandatory. Partial videos are not accepted.
No Pickup Service
Customer arranges and pays for all return shipping. We do not offer pickup for bulk returns.
KanjoosKart's Decision is Final
All bulk refund decisions are made solely by KanjoosKart after inspection. No disputes accepted.
Contact for Bulk Issues
Email support@kanjooskart.in with order ID, video, and issue description. Response within 48 hours.
KanjoosKart reserves the unconditional right to cancel, refuse, or hold any order at any time without prior notice if we deem the delivery address, pin code, or customer behaviour to be suspicious, fraudulent, or a potential risk to our operations. This includes but is not limited to: unverifiable addresses, suspicious pin codes, repeat return patterns, fraudulent payment attempts, or any activity that raises concern. In such cases, a full refund of the order amount will be processed to the original payment method. KanjoosKart's decision in such matters is final and non-negotiable.
