IMPORTANT: KanjoosKart has a strict anti-fraud policy. We reserve the right to reject any return or refund claim that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or does not meet the conditions outlined below. Video proof of damage/defect is mandatory for all claims — no exceptions.

Policy Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 24–72 hours from the time you receive your product. If 72 hours have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange under any circumstances.

⛔ Zero Tolerance for Fraud: India has a high rate of e-commerce fraud. KanjoosKart maintains a strict policy to protect genuine sellers and buyers. Any attempt to misuse our return/refund policy will result in permanent account ban and legal action where applicable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation intact.

📹 Mandatory: A clear unboxing video must be recorded at the time of delivery for any return or refund claim to be considered. Claims without video proof will be automatically rejected — no exceptions.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with your unboxing video. Please do not send your item back without first discussing the issue with our support team at support@kanjooskart.in.

Selected Items Only

Returns are accepted only on selected product categories. Many items are non-returnable by nature or policy.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are completely exempt from being returned regardless of the situation. Please check this list carefully before purchasing:

⛔ These items CANNOT be returned under any circumstance:
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • All edible items without exception
  • Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Products returned more than 72 hours after delivery
  • Products without original packaging, tags or accessories

Additionally, the following items are eligible only for partial refund in very specific circumstances:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

How to Raise a Return Request

Record Unboxing Video

Before opening the package, record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video. This is mandatory — without it, your claim cannot be processed.

Email Support Within 72hrs

Email support@kanjooskart.in with your order ID, unboxing video, and a clear description of the issue.

Await Approval

Our team will review your claim within 2–5 business days. We will notify you of approval or rejection via email. Do NOT ship the product before approval.

Ship at Your Cost

If approved, you must ship the product back to our address at your own cost using a trackable service. We do not offer pickup. Refund is processed after we receive and inspect the item.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2–5 business days of receiving the item.

If Approved: A partial refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–30 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Delivery and return shipping charges will always be deducted from the refund amount.
⛔ Important: KanjoosKart only issues partial refunds. We do not issue full refunds under any circumstance. Delivery charges (both original and return) will be deducted from all approved refund amounts.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Late or Missing Refunds? Follow these steps before contacting us:

  • First check your bank account and transaction history again carefully
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is officially posted
  • Contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund appears
  • If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, email us at support@kanjooskart.in
📅 Refund timelines are controlled by your bank or payment provider, not by KanjoosKart. We process refunds on our end within 7 business days of approval — bank processing may take additional time.

Exchange Policy

⛔ Strict Exchange Policy: We ONLY replace items if they are defective or damaged as received, and only with video proof of the defect recorded at the time of unboxing. We do not exchange for size, colour preference, or change of mind.

If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, email us at support@kanjooskart.in with your order ID and unboxing video. Upon approval, send your item to:

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be issued to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be sent to the original buyer.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you must mail it to our address after receiving written approval from our team. Do not send any product back without prior written approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted and will not be returned to you.

⛔ Customer Pays Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

We do not offer pickup for returns under any circumstances. The customer must independently arrange shipment back to our address using a courier of their choice.

📦 Trackable Shipping Strongly Recommended: For items of higher value, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. KanjoosKart does not guarantee receipt of your returned item and is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for exchanged or returned products to reach us may vary. Please factor in transit time when following up on your return status.

Bulk Orders

Bulk Order Refund & Return Policy

Bulk orders are subject to an even stricter refund and return policy given the scale, logistics, and contractual nature of bulk transactions. Please read this section carefully before placing any bulk order.

⛔ No Returns on Bulk Orders: As a general rule, bulk orders are final sale and non-returnable. By placing a bulk order, you confirm that you have reviewed the product specifications, quantities, and pricing, and agree that no return or refund will be entertained once the order is dispatched.

Exceptions to the above are made only in cases of severe manufacturing defects or incorrect items shipped, subject to all of the following conditions being met:

  • Unboxing video of the entire bulk shipment must be provided — partial videos will not be accepted
  • Claim must be raised within 24 hours of delivery — no exceptions
  • All items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and documentation
  • Only a partial refund or replacement of defective units will be considered — not the entire order
  • Return shipping for bulk orders is entirely the customer's responsibility — no pickup is provided
  • KanjoosKart reserves the right to inspect and reject the return claim if items do not meet stated conditions
What We May Offer (on a case-by-case basis): Replacement of genuinely defective units, partial credit for damaged items, or partial refund after deducting delivery, return shipping, and handling charges. Final decision rests solely with KanjoosKart.

⚠️ KanjoosKart's Right to Cancel or Refuse Orders

KanjoosKart reserves the unconditional right to cancel, refuse, or hold any order at any time without prior notice if we deem the delivery address, pin code, or customer behaviour to be suspicious, fraudulent, or a potential risk to our operations. This includes but is not limited to: unverifiable addresses, suspicious pin codes, repeat return patterns, fraudulent payment attempts, or any activity that raises concern. In such cases, a full refund of the order amount will be processed to the original payment method. KanjoosKart's decision in such matters is final and non-negotiable.
