Welcome to the KanjoosKart Seller Partner Program — India's first online bargaining marketplace. This policy outlines our mutual commitment: a transparent, fair, and fraud-protected platform where your business grows alongside ours. Read this carefully before onboarding.
Seller Onboarding & Eligibility
To sell on KanjoosKart, you must be a registered business or individual operating legally within India. All sellers undergo a strict verification process before being approved to list products on our platform.
Mandatory Documents Required:
- Valid GSTIN — mandatory for all sellers
- PAN Card — individual or business PAN
- Bank Account — verified Indian account in seller's or business name
- Cancelled Cheque or Bank Statement — for payment validation
- Business / Warehouse Address Proof
- Aadhaar / Identity Proof — for individual sellers
- Product Catalogue — minimum 1 approved listing before going live
- Trade License or Udyam Registration (if applicable)

Submit your application with all required documents through our seller portal.
Verification
Our team verifies your documents, bank details, and business legitimacy within 3–5 business days.
Approval
Upon approval, your seller account is activated and you can list your products and set pricing.
Go Live
Once listings are approved, your products go live and customers can bargain and buy.
Commission Structure
KanjoosKart charges a platform commission on every successful order. Commission is deducted automatically before the seller payout is processed. All rates are exclusive of applicable GST on commission.

Commission includes:
- Platform listing and selling fee
- Payment gateway charges (absorbed by us)
- Customer acquisition and marketing exposure
- Access to 9,000+ customers and growing
- Seller dashboard, analytics, and order tools
NOT included in commission:
- Shipping charges — calculated separately
- Return shipping — deducted from payout if applicable
- GST on your own products — your tax liability
- Packaging materials — seller's responsibility
- Penalty charges for policy violations
Seller Payment Policy
KanjoosKart pays sellers promptly and transparently. All payments are processed after confirmed product delivery and expiry of the customer return window.
Product Delivered
Courier confirms delivery. The 24–72 hour customer return window begins.

If no return or dispute is raised, the order is marked completed.
Day 1–3Payout Calculated
Commission, shipping, and deductions are calculated. Net amount finalised.
Day 3–4Amount Credited
Net payout transferred to your registered bank account. Email + dashboard notification sent.
Day 5 (Max)Withdrawal Rules
Min ₹2,000
Minimum balance to raise a withdrawal request is ₹2,000 INR. Below this, funds accumulate.
Verified Bank Only
Transfers only to your registered and validated bank account. No third-party transfers.

Email and dashboard notification when payment is processed and credited.
Order Management
Once an order is placed and verified by KanjoosKart, you are notified via email and seller dashboard. You must confirm, process, and prepare the order for pickup within the required timeframe.

Accept Within 24 Hours
Accept or reject within 24 hours. Unacknowledged orders may be auto-cancelled and penalised.
Pack in 1–2 Days
Pack the order per KanjoosKart packaging standards within 1–2 business days of acceptance.
Courier Pickup
KanjoosKart arranges pickup from your registered warehouse. Pickup schedule notified in advance.
Track in Dashboard
Monitor shipment status in real time through your seller dashboard after pickup.
Payment Released
After delivery and return window closure, payment is processed and credited within 5 business days.
⛔ Cancellation Penalty: Sellers who repeatedly cancel accepted orders without valid reason face penalty deductions and possible account suspension. Maximum 2 cancellations per month without penalty.
Packaging Standards
Packaging is your product's first physical impression on the customer. At KanjoosKart, we hold sellers to strict packaging standards to ensure products arrive safely, look professional, and reflect the quality standard of our marketplace. Poor packaging directly leads to damaged deliveries, customer complaints, and returns — which cost you money.
Mandatory Packaging Requirements
- All products must be sealed before courier handover — no open or loose packaging accepted
- Use corrugated boxes or high-quality poly bags appropriate to product size and fragility
- Fragile items must be wrapped in bubble wrap or foam with sufficient padding on all sides
- The shipping label must be clearly visible, securely attached, and not obscured by tape or folds
- Each package must contain the seller invoice/packing slip inside the parcel
- Multiple items in one order must be packed together securely in one package where possible
- Packages must be tamper-evident — use security seals, branded tape, or tamper-proof bags
- Weight and dimensions must match the details declared at listing — discrepancies attract surcharges
Packaging Best Practices
- Use branded packaging where possible — it builds customer trust and brand recall
- Include a thank you card or product insert — small touches create loyal repeat customers
- For electronics, ensure all accessories are packed together in separate inner pouches
- Seal all openings with strong packing tape — minimum 2 rounds on all seams
- For liquids and beauty products, use leak-proof inner sealing before outer packaging
- For apparel, fold neatly and pack in poly bags before placing in the outer carton
- Add desiccant sachets for moisture-sensitive products during monsoon season
Shipping & Courier Pickup
KanjoosKart uses India's top shipping aggregator with 50+ courier partners providing coverage across 29,000+ pin codes. As a seller, you do not arrange your own courier — we handle logistics end to end. Your job is to pack it right and have it ready. We take care of the rest.
How Courier Pickup Works
- Once an order is confirmed and verified by KanjoosKart, a pickup request is automatically raised with the assigned courier partner
- Courier arrives at your registered warehouse address — typically within 1–2 business days of order confirmation
- You receive a pickup notification via email/SMS with the courier name and estimated pickup window
- Ensure the package is ready and correctly labelled before the courier arrives — missed pickups due to seller unavailability cause order delays
- You are responsible for handing over the correct product, correctly packed, exactly matching the order details
- A pickup receipt/acknowledgement will be provided by the courier — retain this as your proof of dispatch
- Once picked up, real-time tracking is activated for both you and the customer
Seller Shipping Obligations
- Dispatch SLA: All orders must be ready for pickup within 1–2 business days of confirmed order notification
- Warehouse address registered with KanjoosKart must be accurate and accessible during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10am–6pm)
- If unable to fulfil an order due to stock unavailability, notify KanjoosKart immediately — do not accept orders you cannot fulfil
- The product handed to the courier must exactly match the order — dispatching wrong items is treated as a seller violation, not an error
- Sellers must not use their own courier for KanjoosKart orders — only our designated courier partners are permitted
- For heavy or oversized items, inform KanjoosKart in advance so the correct courier vehicle is assigned
Returns & Dispute Resolution
KanjoosKart has a strict buyer return policy — 24–72 hours, unboxing video mandatory, no pickup service, partial refunds only. These strict conditions protect sellers from frivolous claims. Where a genuine return is approved, the following process applies.
Return Process for Sellers
- KanjoosKart notifies you when a customer raises a return request — including the reason and any video/photo proof submitted by the buyer
- You have 48 hours to respond — provide your input or objection if you believe the return is invalid or fraudulent
- All return decisions are made by KanjoosKart after reviewing both sides — decisions are final and binding
- If return is approved, the customer ships back to your warehouse at their own cost
- Upon receipt and inspection, refund to buyer is processed and the equivalent is deducted from your seller wallet
- If the return is found to be buyer fraud, no deduction is made — your full payment is protected
Dispute Resolution Process
- If you disagree with a return decision, raise a formal dispute within 24 hours of the decision notification via your seller dashboard
- Disputes are reviewed by KanjoosKart's Seller Support team within 5 business days
- You may be asked to provide additional evidence — pickup acknowledgement, product photos, invoice, or communication records
- All dispute decisions by KanjoosKart are final and binding — no further escalation is available within the platform
- Repeated invalid disputes or abuse of the dispute system may result in a seller performance penalty
Fraud Prevention & Platform Protection
KanjoosKart operates a zero-tolerance fraud policy for both buyers and sellers. We use advanced monitoring systems to detect and prevent fraud at every level of the marketplace. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and legal action where applicable.
Fake / Counterfeit Products
Listing or selling counterfeit, fake, or misrepresented products is a zero-tolerance offence. Immediate permanent ban and legal action.
Order & Review Manipulation
Generating fake orders, ratings, or reviews through self-purchase, bots, or third parties is strictly prohibited and monitored.
Wrong Item Dispatch
Deliberately dispatching a different or inferior product from what was listed. Treated as fraud — not an error.
Payment Manipulation
Any attempt to manipulate wallet balances, withdrawal amounts, commission calculations, or settlement records.
Multiple Accounts
Operating multiple seller accounts without prior written approval from KanjoosKart — detected automatically by our systems.
Off-Platform Solicitation
Directing buyers to transact outside KanjoosKart to avoid commissions or bypass our buyer-seller protection systems.
Seller Conduct & Standards
KanjoosKart is building a top 1% global marketplace. Every seller represents our brand. We expect all sellers to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, product quality, and customer experience — because your reputation and ours are one.
Product Listing Standards
- All listings must be accurate, complete, and non-misleading — title, description, images, and specs must match the actual product
- Use original, high-quality product images — no watermarks, no stock images that misrepresent the actual product
- Pricing must be fair and not artificially inflated — KanjoosKart monitors pricing and reserves the right to delist overpriced products
- Products must comply with all applicable Indian safety, quality, and labelling standards (BIS, FSSAI, etc. where applicable)
- Sellers must keep inventory updated — accepting orders for out-of-stock items is a policy violation
Performance Metrics (SLA)
- Order Acceptance Rate: Minimum 95% — do not accept orders you cannot fulfil
- Dispatch SLA: Ready for pickup within 1–2 business days of confirmed order
- Cancellation Rate: Must remain below 5% — high rates result in penalties and potential suspension
- Customer Rating: Maintain minimum 3.5/5 stars across your product portfolio
- Return Rate: High return rates due to product quality issues trigger mandatory review
Prohibited Products
- Counterfeit, pirated, or unauthorised branded goods
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or related accessories
- Narcotics, controlled substances, or illegal drugs
- Adult content or obscene material
- Items banned or restricted under Indian law or government notification
- Hazardous materials, chemicals, or flammable substances without proper certification
- Endangered wildlife products or items prohibited under CITES
- Prescription medicines without proper pharmacy licensing
- Products infringing on third-party intellectual property, patents, or trademarks
Privacy & Data Protection
KanjoosKart collects and processes seller data in accordance with Indian data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. As a seller, you agree to the collection and use of your business and personal data as described below. We are committed to protecting your data with the same rigour we apply to customer data.
Data We Collect from Sellers
- Business information: company name, GST number, PAN, trade licence details
- Personal information: name, contact number, email, Aadhaar details
- Financial information: bank account details, transaction history, payout records
- Operational data: order history, product listings, performance metrics, warehouse address
- Communication records: support tickets, emails, and chat history with our team
How We Use Seller Data
- To operate, manage, and improve the KanjoosKart seller platform
- To process payments, withdrawals, and tax deductions accurately
- To verify seller identity and prevent fraud
- To communicate order notifications, policy updates, and performance reports
- To comply with legal obligations under Indian law (IT Act, GST, Income Tax)
Seller Data Rights
- Right to Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about your seller account
- Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate business or personal data
- Right to Erasure: Request deletion of data after account closure (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Right to Portability: Request an export of your transaction and order history data
Account Suspension & Termination
KanjoosKart reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any seller account at any time, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation. We take these actions to protect the integrity of our marketplace, our customers, and our seller community.
Grounds for Immediate Suspension (No Prior Notice):
- Selling counterfeit, prohibited, or illegal products
- Fraud, misrepresentation, or deliberate manipulation of any kind
- Multiple confirmed buyer complaints within a short period
- Dispatching wrong items as a pattern of behaviour
- Operating multiple accounts without authorisation
- Soliciting buyers to transact off-platform
- Providing false documents during onboarding or any subsequent verification
Grounds for Warning Before Suspension:
- Consistently missing dispatch SLA (below 90% on-time dispatch)
- High cancellation rate — above 5% for two or more consecutive months
- Low seller rating — falling below 3.0/5 stars for extended period
- Repeated packaging quality violations
- Non-compliance with GST filing or tax obligations
- Failure to respond to return disputes within the specified window
Upon Termination:
- All active listings are immediately removed from the platform
- Pending orders are cancelled and refunds issued to customers — costs borne by the seller
- Wallet balance after deducting any dues, penalties, and refund obligations will be released within 30 business days, subject to investigation clearance
- Seller data is retained for 7 years for legal, financial, and compliance purposes
- The seller account cannot be re-registered under the same name, PAN, GST, or bank account
- KanjoosKart reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal legal action for recovery of losses caused by seller misconduct
